Citiwide Facility
The Citiwide facility is a Long Island City Landmark. Before the Citibank building was constructed, Citiwide was the tallest building in Long Island City. You can see us from the Long Island Expressway, the #7 Subway and the 59th Street Bridge. Our building has 10 floors, 250,000 square feet, 10 loading docks and 3 huge freight elevators. The elevators are operated by our trained personnel. This means quick, easy, secure access for you.We maintain the highest level of security. I.D.’s are checked at the front desk, and entry is restricted to authorized customers only. The building has an electronic alarm system and 24 hour digital video surveillance. Citiwide offers our customers plenty of free parking during business hours and monthly parking rentals as well.Many of our tenants take advantage of our trash removal services to discard unwanted furniture and boxes.
