Where is the storage facility located?

What are the storage sizes and rates, and how do I know what size I will need?
Citiwide has a wide selection of public storage and commercial storage rooms ranging from 6 to 3,000 square feet. Click Here for a list of our units’ dimensions with a description of items typically stored in them. Or Contact Us now and let us find the best room and rate for you.
What are your hours of operation?
Our storage access hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Should I make a reservation?
Yes! Once you’ve chosen the right room, you can make an advance reservation to ensure that that room is available on your move-in day. Click Here for the storage rental application.
How secure is your facility?
Safety and security is a top priority at Citiwide. An ADT electronic alarm, 24-hour video surveillance and sprinkler system will protect you and your belongings. Only you and those that you authorize can access your private room, which is protected by lock and key. Our elevators are operated by our own personnel.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You may pay by cash, personal/corporate check or any major credit card. For your convenience, you can pay online, or we can automatically charge your credit card each month.
How do I get my things to Citiwide, do you provide pickup service?
If you decide to take advantage of Citiwide’s storage solutions, we offer up to two hours of complimentary pickup service for many of our new tenants.
Do you sell moving boxes and packing materials?
Yes. We have everything that you need—boxes, tape, bubble-wrap, etc.—to safely pack your items. You can also purchase a lock for your room from us when you come in. Click Here to purchase moving supplies now.
Do you have parking?
Yes. We have ample parking for all of our customers, including off-street parking during the day and a parking lot for overnight.
